The department of computer application was established in 2013 with a vision to provide IT knowledge to the student community.The journey was started with a BCA batch consisting of 24 students.Computer application department also provides complementary subject for BSc.Mathematics and BSc.Physics.Many of our students are placed in several reputed institutions as well as MNC's.The department could also organize various seminars, workshops and invited talks both for students and teachers in and out of the college during this period.The different social extension programmes Including-computer literacy workshops conducted for various communities such as parents, students, non teaching staff and teaching staff.

To produce competent, qualified computer professionals from the rural area to meet the current challenges of the modern computing industry and to inculcate the spirit of moral values to make the students good citizens of India.
